Delete your Nourish account
You can delete your account in a web browser, without installing the app.
- Sign in to your Nourish account and open Settings.
- Use “Export my kitchen” first if you want a copy of your recipes and plans.
- Choose “Delete my account,” enter your current password and type DELETE.
- Choose “Permanently delete account.” You will be signed out when deletion completes.
What is deleted
Your recipes, generated photos, meal plans, pantry, shopping lists, chef conversations, support messages, preferences and sign-in records are removed. This cannot be undone.
Payment records and paid access
Paid access ends. Deletion does not automatically refund a purchase. Necessary order and access records may be kept for payment accounting, without your deleted account profile or checkout links.
Cannot sign in?
For account access or deletion assistance, email echerd27@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. Never send your password. We may need to verify ownership before removing data.
